Abstract
American Whitewater has concerns with HB 2320. This bill would institute a new Non-Motorized Boating Program that would be supported by user fees. While American Whitewater appreciates the public engagement process the Oregon State Marine Board (Marine Board) initiated to develop the legislative proposal represented by HB 2320, we remain unconvinced of the need for this program and have concerns with the revenue proposal to support it.Description
